Guidelines for Portal Feature Enablement concerning Apprenticeship Engagement up to 18% and Gap between Trainings
The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India released Guidelines for Termination of Apprenticeship Contract vide File No. DGT-36/1/2021-AP dated 23-04-2026 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. As per the guidelines, establishments can engage apprentices between a minimum of 2.5% and a maximum of 18% of total manpower strength.
